Non-Formal Education (NFE) plays an important role in providing flexible and context-based learning services that respond to community needs. However, the implementation of NFE requires continuous innovation in learning strategies, technology utilization, and the integration of local contexts. This study aims to develop an NFE learning model based on learning diversification, digital technology utilization, and local wisdom at the research site in Masbagik Timur Village, Masbagik District, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. This study employed a qualitative approach involving 12 informants selected through purposive sampling, consisting of 2 NFE program managers, 4 tutors, 5 learners, and 1 community representative. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using interactive analysis techniques through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the developed model consists of learner-centered learning, project-based learning, problem-based learning, digital learning media utilization, and integration of local potential into learning activities. Tutors and learners responded positively to the model, particularly due to its varied learning approaches and relevance to learners’ needs. The implementation was supported by institutional support, tutor involvement, and learner participation, while challenges included limited facilities, unequal digital competencies, and limited implementation duration. The study concludes that the developed model represents a contextual learning framework that requires further evaluation in broader settings.
